These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of services provided by Mind Bio Hackingâ"¢, a trading name of Bio Healthcare Group. We operate in the United Kingdom, United States, and United Arab Emirates. By purchasing or participating in our programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the additional jurisdiction-specific provisions applicable to your country of residence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing programme enrolment or beginning the BioBaselineâ"¢ assessment process, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
- Biological testing — blood biomarker panels, gut microbiome sequencing, and DNA profiling
- BioBodyTrackâ"¢ continuous wearable monitoring device and data services
- Dedicated BioHealthcare Coachâ"¢ guidance across your programme duration
- Personalised nutrition, training, sleep, and lifestyle protocols
- Quarterly biomarker retesting and programme review
The scope of services included is defined in your individual programme agreement at point of purchase.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be in generally stable health
- You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and health conditions during intake
- You must reside in a country where our services are legally available (United Kingdom, United States, or United Arab Emirates)
- Participation is by assessment only — we reserve the right to decline enrolment where the programme is not appropriate

All payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. Your agreed programme price is locked for the duration of your current programme term.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase, provided biological testing has not commenced. Once biological samples have been collected, the statutory cooling-off refund right is forfeited due to the bespoke, personalised nature of the service.
🇺🇸 United States
Refund rights vary by state. A 14-day review period applies from programme purchase, subject to the same condition that biological testing has not commenced. Please refer to your programme agreement for state-specific terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights applicable in your state.
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, a 14-day review period applies from programme purchase where biological testing has not commenced. Personalised services that have been initiated are exempt from mandatory refund obligations under applicable UAE law.
Cancellation After Commencement (All Regions)
- You may cancel at any time by written notice to info@mindbiohack.com
- Fees for completed programme months are non-refundable
- BioBodyTrackâ"¢ devices must be returned within 14 days of cancellation or the retail value will be charged
- Programme pause may be agreed for up to 8 weeks in exceptional circumstances
6. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information throughout the programme
- Disclose changes to your health, medications, or medical conditions promptly
- Engage with programme sessions and protocols in good faith
- Maintain the BioBodyTrackâ"¢ device with reasonable care
- Treat your BioHealthcare Coachâ"¢ and all staff with respect
- Not share or commercially exploit programme materials without prior written consent
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose in any applicable jurisdiction
7. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, brand names (including BioHealthcare Coachâ"¢, BioBodyTrackâ"¢, BioSyncâ"¢, BioBaselineâ"¢, NeuroShiftâ"¢, BioScoreâ"¢, DashScoreâ"¢, and Mind Bio Hackingâ"¢), and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Bio Healthcare Group, protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the UK, USA, and UAE.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mind Bio Hacking™ is a human performance and biological optimisation programme — not a medical treatment. Please read our full Medical Disclaimer.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud
- Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
9. Governing Law & Disputes

United Kingdom
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
🇺🇸
United States
Governed by applicable federal and state law. Disputes to be resolved by binding arbitration in the first instance where permitted by law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
🇦🇪
United Arab Emirates
Governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts or, where agreed, UAE-seated arbitration.
Where a client's country of residence provides mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
